How can I track the status of my package?
You can track your order by viewing the confirmation email sent out to you. From there, click on the link to view the Order Status and detailed tracking information. You may also download the app SHOP onto your phone to track all orders.
Please note, when the order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Click the link from the shipping email confirmation to view the progress of your shipment(s).
If you have a registered account with PrettyEmpowHER, simply go to your order history under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking information.
How do I make a return?
We do not do returns on items; exchanges only. Please refer to our exchange policy.
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to make an exchange you may do so as long as it is for the same item (at the same price), unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original packing slip for online orders; or if PrettyEmpowHER sent you a defective item or wrong size.
- Your exchange order will be processed after email confirmation, with free shipping. We’ll also email you a free return label for your new order.
- Please return the exchanged item(s) within 4 business days of initiating the exchange online.
- Exchanged item(s) must be received within 14 days from the day the exchange is initiated online to avoid being charged.
- PayPal orders are not eligible for exchanges, and can only be returned by mail via our online returns process.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We do not ship to Canada or internationally. We only ship within the United States and to U.S. Territories addresses.
When will my order arrive?
You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date (please review our shipping & handling page), which is shown for each item during checkout. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Orders usually arrive between 7-10 business days.

Why should I register with PrettyEmpowHER?
By creating an account, you can store credit card information for easier and faster checkout, maintain an address book, create and share wish lists, review your order history, and easily update billing and shipping information. Shopping will be easier, and your entire experience with us will become customized over time.
Are the T-shirts unisex? And how do they fit?
Yes, they are Unisex shirts and are form-fitted. Women: we recommend you go down one size from what you usually wear to have a nice fit (EX: if you wear a medium, you should order a small, etc.) Men: if you want something not so fitted we recommend ordering one size up from what you usually wear. They are soft cotton t-shirts made with premium quality knit cotton jerseys. Made with pre-shrunk 100% combed ring-spun cotton with 4.2oz and super soft 30 singles baby jersey knit. It has a set-in cover stitched neck and double-needle stitching on the sleeves and hem.

What safety measures are in place for Store Associates?
- Cleaning and Disinfectants – High-touch surfaces will be disinfected after every use, and we will continue to conduct additional cleanings and provide hand sanitizer.
- Disinfecting Inbound Packaging: All inbound packages and mail will be disinfected upon receipt, and returns will be disinfected and held for 48 hours.
