NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGE ONLY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you received your item to request a return. PrettyEmpowHER will accept, for exchange only if the item/items are damaged from our end upon receiving it, or if you received the wrong item/or size. Items being exchanged must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer(this pertains to our T-shirts/Hoodies).

All other items such as...Up-For-Grab items(one-of-a-kind) has a NO EXCHANGES/or RETURNS policy. Please make sure items are the correct size before purchasing. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange on(T-shirts/Hoodies) your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us first to make sure we have the new item that you need in stock.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us by using the CONTACT FORM below or email us at support@prettyempowHER.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item/size so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (personalized items) or one-of-a-kind Up-For-Grab items. Personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on SALE ITEMS or GIFT CARDS.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to make an exchange and ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have...after speaking with one of our reps VIA email at support@prettyempowher.com (please add tracking number on the SUBJECT LINE) and once the return/exchange is accepted/and received, please give us 5-14 business days to inspect the item and send out a new one. If for some reason the new item is not in stock we will give you a store credit/and or email you when the item is back in stock. 


Refunds 
Due to COVID-19 and because all of our items are MTO (made to order) We will not be able to do refunds at this time. Just exchange only on items unworn, unaltered, and free of damage by the customer.
